What you'll do

• Lead daily center operations
• welcome current and prospective families and conduct tours
• support enrollment through marketing and outreach
• recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff
• ensure Georgia DECAL, Bright from the Start, and licensing compliance
• monitor classroom quality
• assist in classrooms as needed
• oversee scheduling and records
• plan family events
• address parent concerns.
