What you'll do

• Assist geriatric patients with activities of daily living, monitor behavior and mental status, support therapeutic activities, document observations, and report changes to licensed nursing staff
• or support adolescent patients in a safe, structured therapeutic environment, monitor behavior and safety, assist with groups and activities, encourage coping skills, document observations, and report changes to licensed nursing staff.
