What you'll do

• Fill tables and cases with cakes
• follow out-of-stock percentage goals
• apply merchandising principles
• take special orders
• maintain product quality
• record daily loss
• provide customer service
• handle products and equipment safely
• maintain cleanliness
• rotate product
• record special orders
• stay updated on product knowledge
• ice and decorate cakes
• prepare icing
• assist with deliveries
• operate mixers, scales, and airbrush guns.
