What you'll do

• Set up projects in LIMS with accurate client data, pricing, and documentation
• monitor sample receipt and coordinate intake
• respond to routine client inquiries and route complex issues to senior staff
• track project status and communicate updates
• support deliverables, invoicing, and project closure
• maintain records and status reports
• collaborate across teams
• and identify process inefficiencies.
