What you'll do

• Develop concepts and design solutions aligned with Southall’s visual identity
• create print and digital materials including campaigns, email and website graphics, social assets, signage, menus, event collateral, presentations, packaging, and guest touchpoints
• prepare production-ready files
• coordinate with printers, fabricators, and vendors and review proofs
• adapt creative across channels
• retouch and optimize imagery
• maintain brand consistency and organized design assets
• partner with internal departments
• manage projects, deadlines, revisions, and feedback
• support occasional onsite events, photo shoots, activations, installations, and production needs, including evenings or weekends when required.
