What you'll do

• Manage insurance defense matters from case inception through resolution
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents
• conduct legal research
• develop litigation strategies and analyze evidence and expert opinions
• represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances
• negotiate settlements
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• maintain case files and meet billing expectations and deadlines.
