Lamination Operator, Window Components

The Lamination Operator role is onsite in Lexington, NC. Pay is $16.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. Cornerstone Building Brands manufactures exterior building products for residential and low-rise non-residential buildings. The operator fabricates and assembles window material components as part of production, following work instructions and safety practices to support final window assembly.

What you'll do

• Perform repetitive assembly-line work on window material components
• position, clamp, splice, and fit materials
• use hand and power tools
• follow safety procedures
• cross-train across functions and departments
• meet physical requirements that include standing or walking on concrete for up to a ten-hour shift and lifting specified weights.
