What you'll do

• Provide customer service and carry out site-specific access-control and security procedures
• greet and direct visitors, verify identification and credentials, and maintain visitor logs
• monitor access points, alarm panels, cameras, and assigned systems
• respond to incidents and concerns according to emergency procedures
• maintain an orderly lobby and entry area
• document incidents and daily activities.
