Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician

The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite in a client’s home in Surprise, AZ, Mondays and Fridays from 3–6 p.m. Pay is $21–$26 per hour based on experience. BehaviorCare Therapy provides home-based ABA services to families. The technician provides one-to-one, play-based support under treatment plans designed by a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role helps the client build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence while tracking session progress and coordinating with the supervisor and family.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with the client in the home using play-based ABA techniques
• follow treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• track progress during sessions using a phone or tablet data system
• coordinate with the BCBA and fellow technicians
• provide families with session feedback.
