What you'll do

• Welcome guests and support accurate check-in and checkout
• answer and route calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• manage reservations, cancellations, room assignments, and billing records
• handle cash transactions
• respond to guest requests and complaints
• maintain an orderly lobby and front desk
• coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
