What you'll do

• Manage recruitment from intake through offer
• partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and recruiting strategies
• source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networks, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing
• screen and assess candidates
• coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• extend offers and partner on compensation considerations and negotiations
• maintain recruiting activity in the Clear Co. ATS
• advise hiring managers on market conditions, selection, interviewing, and recruiting timelines
• build talent pipelines and candidate relationships
• identify improvements to candidate experience and recruiting processes.
