Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Davenport, IA, supporting the Cobblestone Terrace, Jackson & Taylor multi-site property assignment; pay is $22 to $25 per hour. Premier Housing Management provides the property management setting for this work. The technician completes daily and preventive building, unit, and grounds maintenance, responding to resident requests and preparing vacant units while helping maintain safe, clean properties.

What you'll do

• Complete resident maintenance requests and repairs
• inspect buildings, grounds, and vacant units
• service mechanical equipment and tools
• monitor boiler water levels
• perform light painting, wall repairs, and screen repairs
• maintain grounds, remove snow and ice, and keep maintenance records and shop organized.
