What you'll do

• Supervise coworkers and monitor performance

• organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
• greet guests, take orders, and serve food
• ensure food preparation follows cooking, safety, and sanitation procedures
• address guest concerns
• maintain cleanliness
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• complete administrative duties and checklists
• support opening or closing activities as directed.
