International Acquisition and Engagement Specialist

The International Acquisition and Engagement Specialist role is an onsite position in Fort Meade, MD, with an annual salary range of $130,000–$145,000. Acquisition Professionals provides acquisition, training, administrative, information technology, and program and financial management services. This role supports international acquisition and engagement activities for DISA. The specialist coordinates international partner engagements and supports foreign military sales and related acquisition work through meeting logistics, action tracking, reporting, records management, and compliance reviews. These activities help meet international obligations and maintain organized, policy-compliant program execution.

What you'll do

• Coordinate pre-engagement, day-of, and post-engagement logistics for DISA international partner forums and foreign official visits
• follow applicable DoD and DISA policies, including ITAR and foreign disclosure approval
• monitor international organizations for strategic engagement opportunities
• record meeting minutes and track action items
• maintain international visit and affairs databases and meeting materials
• prepare quarterly and annual reports
• conduct monthly compliance audits and archive materials under records-management policies.

Why this role
