What you'll do

• Operate the dishwashing machine to wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment
• keep food-service areas clean, sanitary, and safe
• sweep, mop, and pressure wash floors
• clean and sanitize the dish machine
• clean production equipment as directed
• follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• follow safety and loss-prevention procedures
• maintain service-standard and regulatory-compliance records
• assist with receiving food and non-food supplies.
