What you'll do

• Prepare and present menu items to recipes and standards
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• label, date, rotate, and store food
• complete operational logs
• maintain clean work areas
• monitor supplies
• receive and store deliveries
• serve guests and take orders when assigned
• process transactions as needed
• assist with beverage service where applicable and trained
• and perform opening, closing, and assigned side work.
