Recreation Guest Services Representative

What you'll do

• Serve members, owners, and guests
• take shift lead responsibilities and guide part-time and seasonal staff
• open and close facilities
• process memberships, admissions, reservations, and transactions
• handle escalated concerns
• support court scheduling, tournaments, and events
• reconcile daily financial reports
• help train and mentor team members.
