The Academic Tutor & Mentor (Entry Level, Full-Time) is an onsite role based in Washington, DC. This role exists to provide academic coaching and mentorship to students in elementary, middle, or high school. By working closely with teachers and monitoring student progress, the mentor helps students improve their attendance, academic performance, and behavioral outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide 1:1 and small group academic support in literacy and math.
• Implement behavior management systems.
• Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers.
• Conduct extended day and virtual programming.
• Lead student engagement events.
