What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold food using prep worksheets and standardized recipes
• assemble dishes to specifications
• prepare produce and follow knife-safety procedures
• operate ovens and hot-prep equipment and follow time and temperature requirements
• prevent cross-contamination
• maintain clean prep stations and kitchen areas
• assist with dishwashing and cleaning
• follow prep lists and orders
• support floor operations by running food as needed
• maintain a current state-issued Food Handler Card.
