What you'll do

• Lead recruiting for intern, co-op, and new graduate roles
• coordinate campus events, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• maintain ATS and CRM records
• advise hiring managers
• build campus relationships
• coordinate internship programming and logistics
• check in with interns and managers
• support intern-to-full-time conversion
• and track recruiting and program metrics.
