What you'll do

• Own paid media strategy, planning, buying, execution, and optimization across paid search and paid social
• translate growth objectives into channel plans, campaign structures, audiences, keywords, budgets, forecasts, and tests
• build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, and other approved platforms
• monitor and optimize performance
• manage pacing and forecasts
• partner on conversion tracking, UTMs, and reporting
• analyze funnel performance and acquisition outcomes
• collaborate with Creative, Marketing Operations, business teams, and Compliance
• follow bank policies, privacy requirements, fair-lending considerations, and brand-safety standards.
