What you'll do

• Plan and evaluate food service according to nutritional guidelines
• participate in meal preparation as needed
• coordinate food orders with the dietitian
• manage inventory and storage
• ensure food presentation and service quality
• plan special events with Marketing
• establish cleaning schedules
• train and supervise staff
• prepare schedules
• support recruitment and retention
• maintain regulatory compliance
• and monitor the operating budget.
