Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Morgan Hill, CA, with a part-time schedule of three 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Respond to and validate repair requests
• assess repairs and determine whether work should be completed in-house or by a contractor
• identify additional repair needs
• perform plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, HVAC, and general mechanical repairs
• meet contractors and monitor their work
• communicate repair status and obtain approvals
• identify ADA-compliant fixtures, licensing issues, and playground safety concerns.
