What you'll do

• Identify and prioritize enterprise capabilities
• define leadership competencies and development paths
• diagnose capability and organizational needs
• design, implement, and measure learning solutions
• establish talent review and succession planning standards
• facilitate evidence-based talent reviews
• translate outcomes into development and succession actions
• lead assigned organizational effectiveness and change workstreams
• use data and feedback to improve solutions.
