Behavior Technician

The Behavior Technician role is onsite in East Bridgewater, MA, and is part-time, fee-for-service. Compensation is $20–$27 per hour, depending on experience. Northeast Family Services provides ABA-based services and offers a summer schedule that closes at 12:30 p.m. on Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The technician implements client behavior support plans and ABA-based instruction under a supervising BCBA, monitors behavior, collects data, and works with families and the supervisor to support meaningful behavioral change. The role also offers training and supervision for staff pursuing behavior credentials.
