What you'll do

• Take over awarded jobs and build budgets and schedules
• manage active projects and prioritize crews and equipment
• coordinate start dates, sequencing, and site readiness with general contractors
• direct superintendents and foremen on crew planning, quality, and safety
• review submittals, RFIs, and material orders
• price and track change orders
• review job costs and report cost to complete
• approve progress for billing and manage punch lists and closeout
• recruit or recommend foremen and crews.
