Service Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead and support Field Service Technicians, the Equipment Delivery team, and the Shop Technician
• coordinate dispatch and call response
• manage delivery and shop activities
• monitor service documentation, expenses, parts orders, inventory, and service records
• provide training, technical support, coaching, and skills development
• troubleshoot or repair equipment in the field
• assist technicians as needed
• and support building and grounds maintenance.
