What you'll do

• Coordinate client intake, services, and caregiver schedules
• maintain client care information in the agency EMR
• supervise and review field caregivers
• document communications
• prepare care-plan assessments and updates
• audit caregiver documentation
• support caregiver orientation, training, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
• monitor time and attendance and EVV requirements
• and manage recruitment inquiries and events.
