• Lead daily Memory Care neighborhood operations
• oversee resident assessments, individualized care plans, regulatory compliance, infection control, medication management, and life enrichment
• recruit, train, supervise, and develop the care team
• serve as a liaison for residents, families, staff, and external partners
• support prospective resident assessments and sales efforts
• coordinate transportation and move-ins
• and collaborate with department heads on safe, consistent services.
