The Security Driving Shift Supervisor role is an onsite, full-time position in South Portland, ME, with compensation starting at $22.25 per hour. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m. The supervisor coordinates quality service on the assigned shift and serves as a liaison among site leadership, operations management, and security officers. The role guides staff performance and helps ensure calm, professional responses to customer and site needs.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift
• act as liaison between site supervisors, account or field operations managers, and security officers
• coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved authority
• handle common and crisis situations calmly
• prepare reports and logs
• operate a company vehicle as required.
