What you'll do

• Supervise project engineers, data engineers, AI engineers, analysts, and support staff

• analyze customer requirements and staffing needs
• oversee project budgets
• support customer prioritization of technology projects
• promote safety, system reliability, and data integrity
• provide technical direction

• evaluate employee performance and support team development.
