What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems
• inspect systems and diagnose potential problems
• assist with equipment and system installation or modification
• assign work orders and estimate repair time and materials
• support energy management
• inspect new installations for code and safety compliance
• respond to emergency service calls.
