NetSuite Integration Engineer – Part-Time

The NetSuite Integration Engineer – Part-Time is a remote role with periodic onsite work at a client site in Texas; candidates anywhere in the United States may be considered if they can meet onsite and time-zone requirements. Pay is $120–$165 per hour. T12 Technologies LLC is staffing a commercial client’s finance automation program for accounts payable and vendor payments, including an AI-enabled invoice extraction layer. The engineer assesses and configures NetSuite workflows, approval controls, analytics, and integrations to support accurate, controlled finance and accounts-payable operations. The role contributes to deployment readiness and sustainable client operations through sandbox-to-production management, go-live support, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

What you'll do

• Assess NetSuite configuration, SuiteApps, and licensing
• build SuiteFlow workflows for vendor changes, onboarding, and period close
• configure invoice and payment approvals and delegation controls
• develop SuiteAnalytics saved searches
• map AI-extracted invoice data into NetSuite
• manage sandbox provisioning, access requests, production promotion, go-live, and hypercare
• document configuration decisions and coach client staff.

Why this role

Requires a current Oracle NetSuite certification, two references minimum, and 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite work including production configuration and development. Client-facing work is during US Central business hours.
