• Lead daily field operations
• perform and oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction staking, and specialized geomatics surveys
• interpret construction plans
• guide team members
• maintain survey equipment and work vehicles
• identify plan and constructability issues
• organize field work and data
• communicate with clients, project managers, and Geomatics leadership
• ensure crew safety and standards.
