What you'll do

• Meet or exceed lead-generation, membership, ACH attachment, and CrunchOne Kickoff booking targets
• build lead-generation programs through networking and street-team marketing
• conduct tours and respond to telephone inquiries
• attend events and identify community exposure opportunities
• provide friendly customer service
• oversee front desk systems for check-in, guest registration, retail purchases, delinquent accounts, telephone inquiries, and member requests
• follow the uniform policy.
