What you'll do

• Lead structured LEGO building and creative design activities
• facilitate individual and team challenges
• introduce basic design, engineering, structures, and problem-solving concepts
• create age-appropriate challenges
• encourage students to plan, build, test, improve, explain, and showcase creations
• maintain an inclusive, well-managed learning environment
• organize and store materials
• collaborate with program leaders and enrichment instructors.
