In-Home Caregiver – Client Transportation

The In-Home Caregiver works in client homes across Ruston, Jonesboro, Quitman, Spearsville, Bernice, and Farmerville, LA. Pay is $10.50 per hour. AFNB Home Care provides in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities across several states. The caregiver provides personal care, companionship, household assistance, and support with appointments while monitoring and documenting client well-being. The role helps clients receive care in their homes and requires reliable travel to assigned visits and the ability to transport clients.

What you'll do

• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting support
• offer companionship and emotional support
• assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and feeding as needed
• provide medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments
• monitor and report changes in health and well-being
• maintain a safe client environment
• document care
• travel to assigned homes and visits
• and complete required in-service training.
