What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop CNC machinists and manufacturing personnel across multiple shifts
• assign work based on skills, capacity, and priorities
• plan and coordinate manufacturing operations
• monitor performance metrics and drive improvement
• troubleshoot machining issues and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• maintain compliance with safety, quality, manufacturing procedures, and 6S
• maintain process documentation and training materials
• manage resources, equipment, tooling, supplies, and maintenance
• collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Clean Room, CNC, Weld, and Manual Operations teams.
