What you'll do

• Manage commercial mechanical projects from award through closeout.
• Lead buyout, procurement, and subcontractor/vendor management.
• Build and maintain schedules of values, pay applications, and project budgets.
• Process submittals, RFIs, and change orders and track cost and margin.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, owners, and field superintendents.
• Review drawings and MEP coordination using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP.
• Run project meetings, report on schedule, cost, and risk, and promote a safety-first jobsite culture.

Why this role
