Senior Human Resources Generalist

The Senior Human Resources Generalist is an onsite role in Woodinville, WA, scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours, paying $45–$50 per hour. Alliance Nursing provides specialized nursing care to medically complex children and adults. What you'll do

• Handle employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, coaching, and corrective action
• partner with supervisors and leadership on employee concerns, performance, and retention
• supervise and train the HR administrative team
• support recruiting, staffing, offers, orientations, onboarding, and follow-up
• oversee credentialing and provide backup
• maintain secure and accurate personnel records
• manage compliance, reporting, and process improvement
• use approved AI tools and automation in HR workflows
• provide cross-functional backup for recruiting, scheduling, and administration.
