Construction Superintendent — Northwest Region

The Construction Superintendent role is onsite in Tioga, ND, and requires 100% travel with extended periods away from home. Compensation is not specified. JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, is a communications and power utility contractor providing telecommunications infrastructure. The superintendent oversees assigned utility construction projects and leads foremen and crews to meet safety, quality, productivity, schedule, and financial goals. The role coordinates staffing, equipment, subcontractors, materials, project documentation, and customer relationships from planning through completion.

What you'll do

• Manage and oversee assigned projects
• lead, direct, and mentor foremen and crews
• staff projects and support recruiting, retention, and training
• plan and schedule work
• monitor safety, quality, productivity, and project performance
• review time, invoices, purchase orders, and paperwork
• coordinate equipment maintenance and reporting
• understand project contracts
• document project events and change orders
• coordinate mobilization of crews, equipment, subcontractors, and materials
• maintain accurate as-builts and production records.
