Partner Experience Director

What you'll do

• Lead the Partner Experience function and team
• design partner experiences across events and year-round engagement
• build relationships with partners and their professional teams
• anticipate needs and translate insights into solutions
• coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• create systems and documentation for partner knowledge
• define standards and measures
• use feedback and results to recommend improvements to senior leaders.
