What you'll do

• Conduct interior and exterior property checks and perimeter security
• monitor security footage, alarms, and access points
• verify credentials of visitors, vendors, and shipping vehicles
• document daily activity and safety hazards
• prepare incident narratives and contact emergency services as needed
• use monitoring software and analytics to flag anomalies.
