• Oversee daily unit operations

• ensure regulatory and professional practice compliance
• collaborate on planning and improvement initiatives
• promote evidence-based cardiovascular care
• support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and staff development
• participate in quality improvement and clinical outcome evaluation
• provide administrative on-call support approximately once every six weeks.
