What you'll do

• Provide basic care as directed, including bathing, feeding, activity, and hygiene assistance
• document patient information
• answer call lights
• take vital signs and measure intake and output
• report patient changes to RN and LVN staff
• maintain orderly utility and supply areas
• support safety, confidentiality, and patient rights.
