What you'll do

• Work with the sales team to deliver strong customer experiences
• oversee the sales floor and team
• assist customers with fitting rooms, sizing, and product information
• build customer relationships
• lead daily store operations when store managers are absent
• motivate the team toward sales goals
• communicate inventory needs
• support restocking, visual merchandising, cleaning, and opening and closing procedures.
