What you'll do

• Supervise sales team members, schedule work hours, train new and seasonal staff, and ensure adherence to store policies and merchandising standards
• onboard new hires
• serve customers and resolve escalated issues
• receive and verify orders
• operate registers and store systems and follow cash-handling procedures
• stock shelves and take inventory
• perform store cleaning as needed
• serve as keyholder with opening and closing responsibilities
• calculate deposits and reconcile cash, cards, and checks
• review invoices and compile reports
• support shrink prevention
• perform other assigned duties.
