What you'll do

• Manage teams of typically four to eight consultants to identify and deliver improvement opportunities
• design and review workstreams according to client outcomes and programme goals
• align workstream KPIs with organizational outcomes
• work onsite with client counterparts to review progress, solve problems, and drive performance improvement
• communicate data-driven findings to stakeholders
• adjust delivery, resourcing, and commercial plans with programme leadership
• identify future client work and support account and market engagement.
