What you'll do
- Perform plumbing quantity takeoffs
- review drawings, specifications, addenda, and bid documents
- prepare estimates for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and indirect costs
- identify scope gaps and risks
- evaluate constructability
- support value engineering
- coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- and maintain estimating records and pricing databases.
