Property Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect properties and check doors, locks, gates, lighting, and equipment
• perform minor plumbing, painting, landscaping, hardware, and general upkeep
• complete work orders
• replace broken parts when appropriate and report larger repairs
• maintain clean, safe grounds and common areas
• assist with occasional on-site tenant concerns
• identify maintenance and safety issues.
